Welcome to the 3^rd Biennial Schizophrenia International Research Conference.  The meeting will take place 14-18 April 2012, in Florence, Italy at the Firenze Fiera Congress Center. The 3rd Biennial Schizophrenia International Research Society Conference is jointly sponsored by Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and the Schizophrenia International Research Society.

Abstract submission is closed. New for 2012:  Poster Awards will be given to young investigators by Cognitive Neuropsychiatry, Schizophrenia Bulletin and Schizophrenia Research.   Announcements of the award winners will be made at the SIRS Business Meeting

The registration and hotel reservations website for the 3^rd Biennial Schizophrenia International Research Society Conference is now open.  Please click on Registration/Housing to begin your conference registration.  Members are required to include their member number into the registration system to receive the discounted registration fee.  The most significant conference registration discounts are available to 2011 and 2012 members of the Society.  If you were a member in 2011, renew your membership for 2012 to recieve the most significant discounted registration fees.
